We're working hard to keep waiting time to a minimum. Following are a few things that will help us make your visit a pleasant and convenient one:

• When calling for an appointment, please tell us your child's specific needs.
• Let us know whether you will be bringing more than one child so that we can schedule an adequate amount of time.
• Please schedule well-child exams in advance to ensure the physician and appointment of your choice.
• Remember that if you are more than 15 minutes late we will need to reschedule your appointment so that we may see all patients in a timely manner.
• All appointments must be pre-scheduled. No walk-ins allowed.
• Patients who miss three or more appointments will be terminated. Please cancel all appointments at least 24 hours in advance.
