Sacramento and Folsom California Pediatrician’s Office

We know you are concerned about the current pandemic and want to make sure you have the most up to date information. We are emailing our patients frequently about alerts, updates, and considerations thru our email newsletter. We would recommend you sign up by clicking here.

In addition, we have instituted masking and extra disinfection protocols, along with state-of-the-art telemedicine visits. We are prescreening everyone who comes to our office to provide, as always, the safest environment for the care you need. Well visits are not cancelled and, in fact, are especially important now more than ever to your child’s wellbeing, so we may be reaching out to ensure your access to our office. As always, we are available in office and on call for your children’s needs.

Pediatric Medical Associates provides children and their families with personal, high quality medical care and accessible support services within a nurturing environment. We are here to help parents understand, appreciate and respond to the social, emotional, intellectual, and physical growth of their children.

Children ages 12 and older are able to get vaccinated against Covid19! Here is a link to a group hosting free clinics Equivax. There are other options available, including pharmacy and urgent care facilities, check Myturn.gov for a comprehensive list. PMA is currently not administering the Covid vaccine, but we will notify you if that changes. In the meantime, we recommend all eligible patients get fully vaccinated as they are safe and a way to help children have normalcy in their lives.

We offer virtual visits for patients that are tentative to come in. As a part of our extensive cleaning, distancing, masking, and screening policies, we remain open and committed to patient health and safety. Please know that a provider may state that a patient needs to come into the office for further examination and that we maintain a safe clinical environment throughout the pandemic.
